Zhang Dongwei recalled that when he was a qualified Yinwa welder with a G certificate, the knowledgeable owner of the LNG ship did not trust a hairy young man to undertake the welding burden. A shipowner's representative, who supervised the quality of welding, looked at Zhang Dongwei from head to toe with doubtful eyes. Can a technical school really be able to weld such jumbled materials?

Zhang Dongwei did not have the slightest fear, but decided to start welding. In the "sizzling" welding sound, the seam is extended. A few meters long weld needs to be welded for five or six hours. Any pinhole leak will cause LNG to leak from the cabin. If it is serious, it will cause shipwrecks and casualties, with a direct economic loss of at least more than 100 million yuan. Shipyards abroad can only abandon the LNG ship because they can not solve the problem of leakage. Therefore, the welding of Yinwa steel requires workers'skills to be strict, especially for the welders' patience and sense of responsibility is a great test.

A LNG vessel, with a total length of 140 kilometers, has 14 kilometers of special azimuth welds, although 90% of them are active welds. The welder's skills are required. Being a welder is not easy. Being a good welder is even more difficult.
